CerroZone

Ozone-based air purification

Why clean the air?

Research has shown that reducing contamination in the air also reduces bacteria, viruses, and fungus on surfaces. When conducting samplings in large, public and communal buildings, air samples, on average, are up to eight times more contaminated than surfaces.

So creating pathogen-free public spaces allows people to gather with greater confidence for work or pleasure. These environments reduce employee absenteeism, increase customer foot traffic, and make a significant contribution to public health.

The applications for safe, continuously purified air has tremendous positive applications for government and military organizations.

Why CerroZone

CerroZone has harnessed the power of ozone and made it safe to be used in the same spaces as people – meeting or exceeding all EPA and OSHA requirements for ozone. CerroZone units release 0.0 ppm. With ozone, CerroZone units remove 99.99% of airborne pathogens from a room, continuously, in a 1.2-second cycle.

CerroZone is an FDA-approved Class II medical device – the only room air purifier with this certification and has been proven effective in independent tests against Covid-19, RNA, and MS2 viruses.

Cerrozone Air Purifier Process

How CerroZone works

Air is quietly drawn into a sealed UV-C air chamber with a series of fans and filters and circulated through the UV-C air chamber where it is treated with an enclosed high-intensity UV-C light to convert the O2 into O3, or ozone.

The ozone instantaneously kills all pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, fungi, and volatile organic compounds.

The treated air then goes to a catalyst chamber where the O3 is converted back into O2 and then returned to the space creating a significantly healthier environment. rea
